tiffany & Co., famous for luxury Tiffany silver jewelry, will open its first Sacramento area store at 10 a.m. Friday at the Galleria. The opening of it will attract many people.Roseville Tiffany & Co. Store Director Margie Quattrochi said they have been trying to get into Roseville for two years. It’s a growing city and it’s really a great shopping destination. Before, Tiffany shoppers had to make the drive to Walnut Creek, San Francisco or San Jose to get their tiffany jewelry. The 5,800-square foot store is scheduled to carry a complete jewelry collection including those by designers Elsa Peretti, Frank Gehry and Paloma Picasso. The Roseville location will also carry a selection of leather accessories, silk scarves and cashmere wraps as well as flatware, china and vases.”Every category of merchandise will be represented, we will just carry a limited selection,” Quattrochi said, who previously worked at the Tiffany & Co. location in Carmel. “But we will fill any request or need through intra-store transfers or ordering from our flagship store in New York.” Tiffany will welcome customers this weekend for its grand opening, an open house event for shoppers to visit the new Northern California store, see new merchandise and enjoy refreshments.Tiffany is about tradition, beauty and there’s an element of fun that people can share. Tiffany & Co. is located at 1151 Galleria Blvd. on the first floor near Luis Vuitton and the outdoor promenade.
